David grew up on a farm near Palmerston Ontario attending the Wallace Missionary church with his parents. He worked over twenty-nine years with Bell Canada before taking an early retirement to pursue other interests. He and his wife Connie then created DACON, a communications consulting company working from 1994 to 2001 in the US, Russia and Great Britain. They have always been involved in ministry in one form or another. From 2002 to 2014 they were in pastoral ministry at Sauble Christian Fellowship and are now in their seventh year of ministry at Chesley Community Church. God has opened a number of interesting doors in their lives. David and his wife Connie are living in their twenty third location. The pathway God has led them on has featured living in the US, Saudi Arabia, Russia, England, Haiti, and of course Canada. They have three children and seven grandchildren and currently reside in their cottage at Chesley Lake.
